You'll get a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves us, with tracking included where it's available. If it's been more than 7 working days in the UK, email support@banterbros.co.uk with your order number and we'll chase it.

We pack and dispatch within 1–2 working days. UK standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days from dispatch. Peak periods like Christmas and calendar drops can add a little time.

Born in the North, delivered everywhere. UK orders go out via Evri and Royal Mail; international destinations are quoted at checkout based on your address. Any import duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility. If your country isn't showing at checkout, email support@banterbros.co.uk and we'll sort it.

You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you'd like to return something, then another 14 days to send it back, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items need to be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Email support@banterbros.co.uk as fast as humanly possible with your order number. If it hasn't been packed yet we'll sort it. Once it's gone, it's gone.

Tracked services are used for larger orders and bundles, and tracking details are included in your shipping confirmation email when available.

BanterBros is a UK brand born in the North East. Products are designed in the UK, and individual product pages state where that item is printed or made.

Use the “Tell me when it's back” option on the product page and we'll email you the moment it's restocked. We never take payment for stock we don't have.
