These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and any orders placed through it. Using the site means you agree to everything below.

BanterBros products and website content contain strong language and adult humour and are intended for adults aged 18 and over.

• By accessing this website and by placing an order, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over
• The age check on this website is a self-declaration: we ask you to confirm your age and remember your answer in a cookie. We do not collect identification documents, photographs or dates of birth
• If you are under 18, please leave the website

• When you order, we'll send a confirmation email — this means your order is in, not that a contract is formed until we dispatch it
• We can cancel or refund orders at our discretion (we rarely do, unless something looks dodgy)

• All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable charges — no surprise extras
• Payment is required in full at checkout
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe — the exact methods accepted are shown at checkout

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days
• Delivery is via Evri, Royal Mail or another courier, usually 2–4 working days
• You'll get tracking information once your parcel leaves us, where available
• Delays caused by couriers, strikes or rogue pigeons are beyond our control — but we'll always help if something's gone wrong

You're covered under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You can cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, then have a further 14 days to send it back, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging and is not a custom or personalised item (those are non-refundable unless faulty).

• We'll send the return address and instructions
• You're responsible for return postage unless we've made a mistake or the item is faulty
• Once we've received and inspected the item, your refund is processed within 7 working days

We do our best to show products accurately, but colours and designs may vary slightly and all sizes and specifications are approximate. Our products contain sarcasm, strong language and high levels of truth, and are intended for adults.

• Promo codes must be applied at checkout and can't be added after payment
• Only one discount per order unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to withdraw offers at any time

All content on this site — including product designs, slogans, text, images and branding — is the intellectual property of BanterBros. Steal it and we'll send more than a strongly worded letter.

• We're not liable for indirect losses, emotional trauma or family arguments caused by one of our products
• Our total liability is limited to the cost of your order
• Nothing here affects your statutory rights under UK law

You agree not to do anything illegal or abusive on our site, or to copy, scrape or hack it.

Your data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Short version: we don't sell your data, we only set non-essential cookies with your consent, and you can opt out of marketing at any time — no guilt trips.

We may update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.

These terms are governed by English law and any disputes will be handled in the courts of England & Wales — preferably without shouting.
