Shipping

We pack and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. During peak seasons (Christmas, calendar drops or viral sell-outs) this may extend slightly — we'll always keep you in the loop.

We ship to UK addresses via Evri, Royal Mail and other trusted couriers. Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days from dispatch. Tracked services may be used for larger orders and bundles.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has left us. If tracking is available, it will be included in that email.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and delivery location. We occasionally run free shipping offers — keep an eye on the homepage or the Banter Squad email list.

Born in the North, delivered everywhere. International shipping is quoted at checkout based on your delivery address, and delivery times vary by destination. Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees are the customer's responsibility. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, email support@banterbros.co.uk.

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days in the UK, email support@banterbros.co.uk with your order number and we'll investigate. If the courier confirms your item is lost, we'll either refund you or resend it — your choice.

Please double-check your address at checkout. If something's wrong, email us immediately and we'll amend it if the order hasn't been dispatched.
